Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Cusco - Wiñaywayna - Aguas Calientes
5.30 a.m pick up at the hotel to take the train until 84 k.m, alter the train we have a trekking until Wiñaywayna where we will have a guided tour, after the tour we will have lunch. Then we will continue the adventure, walking until IntiPunku, the “Sun's Door”, which becomes the entrance to Machupicchu. We will have time to take a bus to get to Aguas Calientes where we will have dinner and bed in a basic hotel.
Day 2: Aguas Calientes - Machupicchu – Cusco
Breakfast at the hotel, after very early we take the bus from Aguas Calientes town to Machupicchu, once in Machupicchu we will have a guided tour and some free time to discover the sanctuary by yourself, finally we will take the come back train to Cusco city. (transfer to the hotel).
